The Amprobe CO2-100 digital carbon dioxide handheld meter measures ambient level of carbon dioxide (CO2) to monitor both indoor air quality and the performance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Initially, the meter displays current CO2 levels from 0 to 9,999 parts per meter (ppm). It can be set to display long-term average CO2 levels measured over an 8-hour period and short-term average CO2 levels measured over a 15-minute period. It has an alarm that sounds when CO2 levels reach or exceed a preset level between 100 and 9,900 ppm. The meter's backlit LCD screen is readable in low light and displays ambient CO2 levels as well as air, wet bulb, or dew point temperature and humidity. The manual calibration feature helps ensure accurate humidity and CO2 readings. The hold function keeps a reading on the display. The maximum and minimum reading mode displays the highest or lowest reading in a session to track sudden increases or decreases in measurements. The meter weighs 0.40 lb. (182 g) and measures 8.3 x 2.8 x 2.3 inches (210 x 70 x 58 mm, H x W x D, where H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point, W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right, and D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back), and it can be held in one hand, allowing readings to be taken at different areas of a site or at multiple sites. The meter has a USB port for connecting the meter to a computer (software and cable not included). It operates on four AA 1.5-volt batteries (included). The meter automatically turns off after 20 minutes of non-use to conserve battery life, and a low-battery indicator signals when the meter's batteries need to be replaced. It meets applicable European Conformity (CE) directives and Australia N10140 standards. The meter comes with a hard plastic carrying case to help protect against bumps and abrasions during transport and storage.

This is a very good meter for the price. The unit comes in a nice hard shell carrying case, and the digital display has all of the items clearly labeled. Using it to check CO2 levels in a small greenhouse.
The only issue I have is that while the main functions of each button are clearly labeled, some of the more advanced functions, like calibration, are not labeled at all. So don't lose the instructions.
I would recommend this meter.
