The Extech MO295 Pinless Moisture Meter Memory + IR Thermometer stores up to 20 readings of moisture, relative humidity, air temperature plus grains per pound, grams/kg, dew point, condensation levels and vapor pressure. It has a pinless measurement depth of 0.75 of an inch below the surface and it causes zero surface damage. It includes a remote pin-type probe which allows for surface contact moisture readings. The patented IR design measures non-contact surface temperature with an 8:1 distance to spot ratio with a 0.95 fixed emissivity. This meter has a programmable high and low moisture and humidity alarm and takes calculations of differential temperatures to determine the condensation point. This meter features min/max, data hold, auto power off and low battery indication. The Extech MO295 Pinless Moisture Meter Memory + IR Thermometer comes complete with a pin moisture probe, one 9V battery and a carrying case.
